Removal requests are honored
If a person asks to be removed, we remove them and record the request, so the record is not researched back into a later delivery.
Anyone buying B2B research should be able to ask where the information came from and get a straight answer. This is ours, including the parts that limit what we deliver.
If we would not be comfortable telling you where something came from, we do not use it. Every record carries a source note.
Everything we deliver is business contact information relating to a person’s professional role.
We do not research or hold personal contact details, home addresses, or anything unrelated to someone’s work.
A supplier with no boundaries has no standards. These hold even when relaxing one would mean a longer list.
We do not run automated tools that harvest contact details in bulk from platforms that prohibit it.
We do not buy a database elsewhere and pass it off as our own work.
If we cannot say where something came from, it does not go in the file.
Business roles and business contact points only. Never home addresses or personal numbers.
If your criteria produce fewer accounts than expected, you get fewer accounts and an explanation.
Work done for you is not repackaged for anyone else, and your criteria are not reused elsewhere.
Privacy law governs business contact data, and the detail differs by jurisdiction. Here is what we do.
If a person asks to be removed, we remove them and record the request, so the record is not researched back into a later delivery.
A removal that applies to only one file is not a removal. Ours are kept and applied to future work.
Send us your suppression and exclusion lists at the start and we apply them before research begins.
We are responsible for how we source and handle data. How you contact people is governed by the rules that apply to you.
The rules depend on where you and the recipient are based. We say what we know about your market and where to take your own advice. See our Privacy Policy.
Every field has a defined standard. It meets it and is delivered as confirmed, or it is labeled.
| Field | Type | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| company_name | text | Registered or trading name of the account. |
| website | url | Primary company website. |
| industry | text | Sector classification assigned during research. |
| company_size_band | text | Employee count as a band, not a point figure. |
| location | text | Country, and state or city where relevant. |
| contact_name | text | Full name of the person identified. |
| job_title | text | Title as it appears in the sources checked. |
| seniority | text | Where the role sits in the decision-making structure. |

| email_status | enum | Result of the check: confirmed, accept-all, or unconfirmed. |
| phone | text | Direct line where one is available and confirmed. |
| fit_reason | text | Plain-language note on why this account matches the brief. |

| checked_on | date | The date this record was last confirmed. |
Company size is delivered as a band. Exact headcount changes constantly, and a precise figure implies accuracy no external source can support.
Contact data is accurate at the moment it was checked. Any provider implying otherwise is overselling.
Ask us to trace any record and we will show you how it was built. Transparency is easy to claim and easy to test.
If our standards are why you are considering us, test them before committing to anything.
